Admission & Fee Policy

01 Admission Process

Admissions to Nishat Education System are open for classes from Grade 6 through F.Sc (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, and ICS). The admission process follows these steps:

02 Eligibility Criteria

School Wing (Grades 6–10)

• Satisfactory academic performance in the preceding class
• Good conduct record from previous institution
• Pass in NES entry assessment (where applicable)

College Wing (F.Sc / ICS)

• Minimum 60% marks in Matriculation (FBISE, BISE, or equivalent)
• Science subjects in Matric for Pre-Medical / Pre-Engineering streams
• Pass in NES entry test and interview

ISSB Preparation Program

• Age and educational eligibility as per ISSB requirements
• Physical fitness and motivation assessed at interview

03 Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted at the time of enrollment. Incomplete documentation will result in the seat being forfeited:

• Completed admission application form
• Original and photocopy of last academic result / marksheet
• School leaving / Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous institution
• 2 recent passport-size photographs
• Copy of student's B-Form (Child Registration Certificate)
• Copy of parent/guardian's CNIC
• Medical fitness certificate (for ISSB program)

04 Fee Structure

Detailed fee information is provided at the time of admission interview and in the official admission offer letter. Fees vary by class/program and are subject to revision each academic year. The fee structure generally includes:

• Admission Fee: One-time, non-refundable fee payable at enrollment
• Monthly Tuition Fee: Due by the 10th of each month
• Annual Charges: Includes examination, sports, and technology fees
• Security Deposit: Refundable at the time of withdrawal (subject to conditions)

05 Payment Terms

• Fees are due on or before the 10th of each month
• A late payment surcharge may be applied after the due date
• Fees must be paid via bank transfer, online payment, or in-person at the NES office
• Receipts must be collected and retained for all payments
• Students with outstanding fees for more than 30 days may be suspended from classes until fees are cleared

06 Refund Policy

Tuition Fee Refund

• Withdrawal before the start of session: 100% of tuition paid (minus admission fee)
• Withdrawal within the first 7 days of session: 75% of monthly tuition refunded
• Withdrawal within the first 15 days: 50% of monthly tuition refunded
• Withdrawal after 15 days: No refund for that month's tuition

Security Deposit

The security deposit is refundable upon withdrawal, provided all dues are cleared, school property is returned, and at least 30 days' written notice has been given to the administration.

07 Scholarships & Concessions

NES offers limited merit-based and need-based concessions at its discretion. To apply:

• Submit a formal written request to the principal's office
• Attach academic records and (for need-based) financial documentation
• Decisions are made by NES management and are final
• Concessions apply only to tuition fees and not to annual charges or admission fees

08 Withdrawal Policy

• Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the administration at least 30 days in advance
• Transfer Certificates (TC) and clearance are issued only after all dues are settled
• Outstanding fees must be paid in full before any documentation is issued
• NES reserves the right to withhold academic records until all financial obligations are met
